wkhtmltopdf - blank page

I am trying to convert html to pdf with wkhtmltopdf (wrapper - mikehaertl) in my development environment, but on the first run after installation and setup a message appeared: "The application is trying to perform an action that requires privileges." After that, only one blank page appears. Can someone help me? Ubuntu 16, php7, apache2
