How to add Style Sheet in a Slim Framework Project

As I can set up a project I can add css, js, and bootstrap files in the slim framework, I used the slim / skeleton project, but I can not get my css and js files without the need to add a long ex (c : \ xampp \ htdocs \ project \ template \ assests \ style.css), there is a possibility where I can just add <link href="style.css" />
