I'm trying to make a connection to a database and giving the following error
"ERROR: SQLSTATE [HY000] [2003] Can not connect to MySQL server on '167.114.173.210' (13) "
And I have a "Navicat" program and I can access this DB, just to connect to the site to DB that is giving this error, I checked it and everything is right ... Does anyone know why you're giving this?
On my pc I'm using wamp and it's giving this error
