Are there restrictions for Chrome Inspect? Samsung Duos SM-G3502T does not appear

While developing cordova apps, I always use chrome: // inspect to view the app.

But the Samsung Duos SM-G3502T phone model appears in the list of the inspect, but the option to view the code does not appear.
