Good morning. I am benchmarking the frontiers of the Brazilian electricity sector and Aneel uses the DEA model with restrictions on weights. I'm using the Benchmarking package to do the DEA. However, I can not use the right function ofa.dual that does the benchmarking using the weight restrictions because I did not get it right as I have to create the dual array to put in the function. The dual matrix is the matrix that contains the weight constraint information. If any have any examples of using dea.dual (without being the example that is in the package pdf) or can explain me how I create that dual array. If anyone knows another way to do this type of benchmarking in R without being using the Benchmarking package also helps.
