I'm looking for a way to automatically populate the metadata associated with a document. In a simplified way, what I want to do is something like that.
This file (in PDF) is loaded into Alfresco associated with a custom type template with 3 properties, Subject, Number and Date.
By loading this file the red fields in the PDF are extracted and the metadata of the custom template is automatically filled in.
Can this be done in Alfresco directly or will it have to resort to other App with integration in Alfresco ?
