Execute dtsx package C #

I'm trying to run a dtsx package in C # and there's a need to refer to Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.IntegrationServices;

But I'm not finding C: \ Windows \ assembly \ GAC_MSIL \ Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.IntegrationServices \

I have already installed the integration services but even so the above folder is not created.
