Oracle database initialization 12

I would like to know if you have how to create a batch file to start the database oracle 12, I deactivated that the database started with windows, but I want to avoid having to go to services to manually connect it, I would like to create a little .bat file to upload the database and the listener automatically when I clicked on the file, unlike oracle 11g that had a tool that started the database if it was not already standing, this tool was already installed with the bank, this new DB does not have it.
