I have already broken my head, I have reinstalled phyton, I have already looked at the environment variable. PATH contains Phyton, including scripts. But it still does not work on the command line. Thanks for some help.

Thank you. I was able to figure out the error. Very silly. I was typing Phyton instead of Python. And the weariness upset me. Thank you.
