VB.NET How to simulate mouse clicks (Real)

Hello, I know there are many questions like this, but what I want to know is not how to simulate, but rather how to REALLY make a program to actually click. I already know how to simulate the clicks perfectly, but I did a test on a website that detects "autoclickers", and it shows that I am clicking, however that my mouse button is not being pressed. Is there any way to make while simulating clicks, show that the mouse button is being pressed? I await your response, and thank you in advance.
