How to prevent duplicity of PWA icons in IOS

I developed a PWA (Progressive Web App) application and IOS whenever I add an icon on the device's home screen through safari, it creates a new icon even if there is already another created. On Android this does not happen. Can anyone tell me if there is any way to avoid this duplicity?
