I am having difficulty putting the ERP Primavera Diagnostics screen in full operation. It seems to me that I need an activation code to do this.

I have tried in the configuration file to put Complete = 1 (did not have any effect)

The activation code is only used by Spring. Diagnostics exist to make it easier to detect problems on client machines that can not be reproduced on another machine.

Example: In case an incident is logged and it only occurs on the partner / client machine, the spring will use the diagnostics to more quickly track the reported problem.
