Error generating appx for Windows Phone with Phonegap Build

I made several attempts and when I try to generate the appx through the phonegap build it displays the following error:

Cannot decode object: The system cannot find the file specified. 0x80070002 (WIN32: 2 ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)
CertUtil: -dump command FAILED: 0x80070002 (WIN32: 2 ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)
CertUtil: The system cannot find the file specified.

Has Algume ever had a type problem?
