My wordpress is not loading

I'm having trouble using my theme in wordpress, so I load the theme and activate it, I put it to see it, but in fact another theme appears on top of it, one of those themes that already comes by default in wordpress. I try to open another theme any tb, but it opens this theme here Twenty Seventeen, which is the standard that already comes in wordpress.
