Spellcheck inside code, markdown file

I downloaded a dictionary, said pt_BR, and added set spell spelllang=pt (since with pt_br it did not work), the configuration is working, but I would like to achieve one thing better: when the word is marked by markdown, it is not checked by the broker. For example, **negritto** does not report any errors.
