Hello friends, how are you? I'm trying to translate the magento 1.9 but I can not get everything in English even by selecting for portuguese from brazil or any other language.

I have already uploaded the pt_BR folder in / public_html / app / locale

And I selected the language on the left side panel for Portuguese Brazil but it does not change.

Can you please help me with this?
