problems with Android Gradle sync failed

I'm having serious problems with my android studio I've already been to File > Settings > Builds, Execution, Deployment > Build Tools > Gradle> Gradle and checked that "Use default gradle wrapper (recommended)" is checked, and still the error continues, and I also tried to change the gradle version the error continues.
