Client domains in VPS: server can not find refused

I have several problems in some domains, some 4 to 5 domains are with this server message can not find dominiodocliente.com: REFUSED

domains are pointing with nameserver to ns1.dominodavps.com and ns2.domainsdavps.com

Server with VESTACP + CentoOS

Note: I have other domains in VPS that everything is ok.

Any help?
