How to make a website (PHP Application, JS) send a push notification to an android app , this android app has only one component : a WebView that opens this site , notification must be sent when a user performs an action that is stored in the database along with the notification that is then sent to the intended user of the notification.
After weeks of research, I have not figured out a way to do this.
