Get the name of the file that was uploaded (Php)

Hello, I'm using a system to upload images ... however I'm having trouble getting the image name after it was uploaded ... type, the image name I can get, but the final name not! because I have placed so that all the images that are sent have " str_replace(' ','-', date('d_m_Y_H_i_s') .
