The error appears to be in the SQL SERVER 11 ODBC driver.
The PHP version is 5.6.30.
The server is 64-bit.
I also installed the .NET framework 4.0, gave a message that the server has a newer version.
I installed Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008 Redistributable x64 9.0.21022
I installed Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 x64 Redistributable 10.0.30319
Can anyone help?
