How to access Virtual Host from another pc on the same network

I want to access my local site that is # PC1 by phone or # PC2, but I can only access it from the computer it is on, and if I try to get in from another computer it only works if I put the IP my machine instead of the Virtual Host on what the site is.  Example: I create a virtual host in apache with the name of SITE1.LOCALHOST only when I put this domain in another pc to be able to see the site, it does not load, unless I put the IP of the server, which ends up leading to LOCALHOST
