Yii Framework and phpmailer

Good afternoon, I'm using the yii framework and I'm using class phpmailer. I search the database for the user's email for sending. Problem is that it is not sending to other mail servers, if I put the email of the domain that the site is hosted it sends to this email, but if they put mail from other servers type: yahoo, gmail, etc ... it does not send, of the success message but nothing arrives in the input boxes. Has anyone been through this and would you be able to help me? I am not posting the code because it is sending, so I do not see a problem in the code, I think it may be some configuration, but as I am not sure, I have this doubt. Thank you, thank you!
