Is it possible to run a script automatically when accessing a given URL?

I do not have access to the code on this page, but I would like to automate a task that I run on a website, every 2 hours .. I have already developed a script for this, I play it on the console and run it, when the task is executed it reloads the page and clears the console. Can I automatically add a script to the console when I access this URL, or some other solution?
