The site that I'm doing (localhost) when uploaded is giving a message "performing handshcke tls at link ..... ...... "it turns out that I have nothing at this address there bootstrap. This only happens in Firefox (which is up to date) does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

I thought I did not have a bootstrap link but I had and this is the one below:
