Wordpress Permanent Links

I have a wordpress website hosted in KingHost, it works normal and now I want to put in another directory the English version of the site also in wordpress, so it is in the case www.site.com.br/en, but whenever I go to change the permanent links to the name of the post, gives 404 error, already if the default works and a message appears "Remove write permission from the web.config file now", I already tried to change the webconfig but anyway nothing to work the permanent links , does anyone know what's going on, or could you give me a help?
