On a non-static IP (Ubuntu Server) LAMP server, external access via URL is provided by the No-Ip , and until then it works satisfactorily.
However, it is necessary to send emails on this server for resources with recovering my password, for example.
Is it possible to have this feature on this LAMP server without Static IP?
