Wordpress, Contact & Map Info (jetpack)

I need to fix an error within wordpress, at this time I have installed the theme Flat Bootstrap , and it does not have the Widget Info of Contact & Map , this one I downloaded by JetPack , however I had to change a code to work UTF-8 because the characters were incorrect, accents where they do not exist etc.

I made the following change; 

Pasta/wp-contents/themes/flat-bootstrap/inc/theme-function.php

Changed according to the course taught and by a code

The characters will work and everything is correct, but I noticed that my photos of the slide are gone and only the sentences remain.

I have refined all the steps and still the same error, I removed the widget and the images did not come back, what should I do?

In the console is pointing an error in the css.

Good evening,

Have you looked at the browser console and the apache log to see if it is signaling something?

It's a little complicated and help without seeing the code, more of an f12 and look in the console if you have any errors at the time of js generate the slide.
