Excel, modify duplicate row data

Good afternoon guys.

I am very bad at Excel and there has been a demand for me that doing manually will give a monstrous manpower, so I come to you.

Here's the scenario.

    A     | B   | C  |
1-  Tiago |     |    |
2-  Tiago | ok  |    |

I have to pass this ok from cell B2 to cell C1, and after that delete row two, since this one in my table is a duplicate die.

I used this example, but in the table that I am in the hands I have more than 10 thousand lines, could anyone help me?
