R / Rstudio - Configure Devices

In a set of about 40 graphs, namely: histograms, boxplot and scatter diagrams, only two or three of them appear in different (larger) windows than the other graphs and with the indication "device active" and "device inactive ". Is it possible (and if so how) to configure / reconfigure this device to resolve this issue? Thank you.
