Linear discriminant analysis in RStudio: dependent and independent variables

Hello, I have no experience in RStudio, but I need to do Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) in this program. I have an independent variable (the X) in the first column and 22 dependent variables (the Ys) in the other columns. My problem is being able to report this to R since he is not "finding" the first column. Thanks for the help right away.
