API 22 minSdkVersion Google play device is not compatible with this version

Some devices are not being able to install my app, where google play displays the message "Your device is not compatible with this version" . But the minimum version is 5.1 defined in build gradle. And the cell where this problem is happening is with version 5.1.1 which is also API 22. How can I solve this problem?
