Sharepoint 2010 - List with Managers and Subordinates

Good evening!

I created a list (a member of a calling website) using Sharepoint 2010 that needs the approval of the caller's immediate manager to start the call process.

I did some research and could not find ways to automatically fetch this information using Nintex Workflow, so I decided to make a list of "person or group" fields of support with all subordinates and their immediate managers.

The problem is that this list has an Excel file with more than 300 lines as its source, so that manually putting the data in it would be tricky. I tried to put the information by leaving the list in the "Data Sheet" format, but most of the users are not recognized, so I need to put them manually.

When I try to import the worksheet directly into "Import Excel Worksheet", Sharepoint gives me the error message "Unexpected Error!" and does not import.
