What is the difference between Live Reloading and Hot Reloading

I was doing some research on the differences between developing an Ionic app and a native app using Cordova or Swift. Home In one of the benefits of using a native language had Live Reloading whereas in cross languages they only had Hot Reloading , the article did not go deep, debugging "the code and measuring its performance gaps, so I was wondering what the difference between these two types of loading is.
