load an html form with location data when clicking on a google maps address

How do I click a street in google maps to load a html form with the following data: address, neighborhood, city, state, zip, latitude, longitude. I have seen an example in the api of google maps where the marked is dragged and it goes loading the form with this data. thank you very much Carla Nunes
