At checkout of my store it is necessary that the user has already registered all their data (that this data is already in the bank, I am using the platform wordpress with plugin woocommerce) so that the completion of the purchase occurs successfully . But I did not find a way to "force" him to register the data before making the purchase and not at the time of purchase. I've already cleared the "Allow buyers to create an account while completing purchase" and "Allow buyers to place orders without an account" option, but they did not resolve my issue.
If anyone knows of a solution that can help me, I appreciate it!
