javac stopped working after restarting note [duplicate]

I installed Java, put the path and it worked, but after I reboot the note no longer works.

I created the variable JAVA_HOME and assigned the value C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_191 , put it at the end of the path %JAVA_HOME%\bin; .
