I'm developing a page of feed for a blog PHP pure and I had some doubts that I could not find the answers.

Feed items should show for how long? For example, should a post created last year still be displayed in the feed? Or just the last x months?

Is there an item limit on an rss feed? If so, what is the limit?

Is it interesting to separate the feed by blog categories? Or just a single general feed?
