Add fields in FullCalendar

Good evening! I'm looking to develop a task manager for office workers. I saw some videos about FullCalendar and saw that in the standard it accepts the following fields: ID, Title, Start, End and Color. I would like, besides these events, to be added the fields: EmployeeName, CustomerName and Observations. It's possible? Another question I have is the possibility of entering date and time separately for start and end, would you like?
