I installed Joomla 3.2 and created the weblinks .
Both the global and individual settings are set to% with a% new window, but clicking weblink only opens on the same page.
I've cleaned up the temp and nothing happens.
Where in the code can I define target in a "hard code" way, or is there any other solution to this problem?
