I installed TFS 2012 Express on a server and everything is installed right away. Web access by the ip address: 8080 / tfs address usually.
But when I try to get VS 2012 that I have on my machine, it can not connect at all.

But after so much trying I was able to identify the problem.
Team Foundation creates a TFS application in IIS . And there are the Authentications that are used in this application. By default, the Anonymous Authentication option was disabled. So I enabled Anonymous Authentication and it worked.
I had another problem after that, where I could not create the projects, but then I just gave permission to my AD user in the C: / Windows / Temp on the server and resolved.
I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to solve it, and I found the solution. I do not know if it is the only solution or if it is the correct solution, but it is the solution that worked for me.
