Well, eventually I discovered that it was a little system I use called Castalia v2013.2, where this error was, of course, with the exit of version 2013.4, this error was solved.
Apparently this error was caused due to a bug that this version of castalia has in relation to the development of apps, in the case of Delphi, Firemonkey, was not yet complete development of this tool to operate along with mobile development via delphi .
