In Wordpress ADM go to Configurações -> Links Permanentes and create a custom structure like: /%category%/%postname%/

The /%category%/%postname%/ will get TODAS the categories that you have assigned to the post. This is why it is recommended to use a single category and several tags (if the structure is equal to that).
However, I recommend that you continue with the previous permalink. As well as being more SEO-friendly, it is also less "heavy" for the server.
