I can not download plugins through the panel

Hello, I have an error in my wordpress I can not install plugins directly by the panel I was installing by the same plugins directory, so yesterday when I installed a plugin called jetpack I got this error:

"register_http_request_failed"

Can anyone help me?

Libraries may be missing from your host. To find out which library is missing, the plugin already comes with a compatibility test (Plugins - > Jetpack Compatibility Test).
