Hello! I just signed up for a test app on Android Studio and would like to upload it on Google Play .
I've been browsing and I've found that zipalign makes the process of importing the APK easy, but I've only found download availability for Windows.
Can anyone tell me how I can download zipalign for the Mac?
Using zipalign is part of the apk process, it aligns all the non-compressed apk features to make it easier for Android to load them into memory using mmap() ( developer .android.com / tools / help / zipalign.html ).
The location of it is: android-sdk/build-tools/<versao>/zipalign
* Being part does not mean it's mandatory, but it's good practice.
