I downloaded the Visual Studio 2013 Community on the Windows 7 operating system, when I run it it displays the message:
SETUP BLOCKED
Remembering that I already have Windows 7 SP1 and Internet Explorer 10 installed. But the error persists, please could anyone help me?
I had this same problem because my version of windows 7 was very old, I've enabled the automatic updates, some updates appeared, I upgraded and worked.
I recommend that you upgrade to Windows.
Visual Studio 2013 works only on machines running Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012. See the detailed table here .
Use Visual Studio 2012, which is compatible with Windows 7.
