PersistenceUnit: fabricaweb2 Unable to build EntityManagerFactory

I have this error below, can not create the EntityManager. I am using maven and the META-INF folder is within src / main / resources in the root folder where the src / main / java entities are.

Errors below when I run:

Include the postgres dialect in the persistence.xml file as below:
