Is there any way to publish specific files through Visual Studio 2013?

In my publications, Visual Studio deleted all the files in the destination and imported the new ones.

Note: I use the "File System" publishing method.

Go to the Publish properties of your project (right mouse button> ALT + Enter on top of the project). There you will find the Application Files button and select the ones you want to publish.
