how to display more than one project in Visual Studio Code explorer?

0

Galera,

A question, I started to use the virtual studio code for tests, previously used the sublime, and what I'm missing and could not do was to have him accept that I have more than one open project in explorer, , I have two projects in different folders I wanted both to be listed in the explorer of visual studio code.

That is, it does not have the option to "add folders to the project" just as it does in sublime, so every time I need to see something in a project and open a folder it closes the current project and opens another window with the new folder .

Can anyone tell me if they have any? Thanks in advance,

This has been a subject of debate for some time and is a feature not yet available at the moment.

In short, the community is working on including this feature. The Roadmap set for September / 2017, aims mainly to make the transition between the model a single root directory for multiple smooth, avoiding problems with extensions and existing features. We will probably see this feature by the end of this year (2017).

See this link for the discussion of the proposal to include this feature and this for the Roadmap for feature development.

The most practical way is to open a new File-> New Window window and leave them side by side.
