Is it correct to use H1, H2 with display none in order to SEO or are penalized by the search engines?

I searched here but did not find any topic approaching. If there is already, please mark as duplicate.

I have a problem. My client's logo can not be reproduced through clean fonts and CSS, and in the name of it contains significant keywords, I would like to use them in level titles in order to rank it better search engines.

So I used display: none on h1 , but a colleague told me that I might be penalized for this. Is this true?

Is there any other way to improve this? For example, using position: absolute and left: -50000px

No, it is not correct, as long as it is not done in an abusive way. Home And yes, there is the penalty, so if we get sites like: Jobs, Infojobs and Catho, the great part of the density of words are in: links, css classes, alts, titles, in the page itself and even in comments, but not abusively.
